The official launch event for our Centre. The event featured presentations by A/Prof. Geraint Rogers, A/Prof. Vanessa McDonald and Prof. Guy Marks highlighting the need for further research in severe asthma and the goals of our Centre of Excellence in Severe Asthma. A/Prof. Lorraine Smith facilitated an excellent discussion with 4 individuals who live with severe asthma. This session highlighted the impact of disease on their lives and promising results from new treatments.
