As part of our ongoing seminar series, the Centre of Research Excellence in Severe Asthma is pleased to host Dr Krystelle Godbout, Honorary Respiratory Fellow at the John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle. The seminar will take place on Tuesday, 30 August 2016 @ 12 PM at the Hunter Medical Research Institute, Newcastle (Cameron Room).
Dr Krystelle Godbout will be presenting on “Occupational Asthma”.

Occupational asthma is asthma that is caused or worsened by exposure in the workplace environment. This session will focus on the evaluation of occupational asthma and the utility of various diagnostic modalities for the diagnosis of sensitiser-induced occupational asthma.
For attendees that are able to make it in person, refreshments will be served after the seminar.
Dr. Godbout’s presentation will be available as an online live webinar, and after the event will be available in the past webinars section of this website.

About Dr Krystelle Godbout: Dr. Godbout is a pulmonologist from Canada with an interest in severe asthma and occupational asthma. Upon completion of her respiratory training, she spent a year at the Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur (Montreal, Canada), training in occupational asthma.
She is currently completing a one-year fellowship in severe asthma at the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI) and John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle.
