Severe Asthma Session: TSANZ Annual Scientific Meeting (05 April 2016)

TSANZ LogoThe Centre of Excellence in Severe Asthma is hosting a special interest group session on asthma and allergy, titled “Towards Innovative Solutions for Severe Asthma.”

This session is part of The Thoracic Society of Australia & New Zealand (TSANZ) Annual Scientific Meeting, in Perth and will be held on Tuesday, 05 April 2016 from 1530 – 1700.

At this session, we will host international expert:

  • Professor Liam Heaney (Queens University Belfast), for a presentation titled “Stratified Medicines In Severe Asthma”

The session also features leading Australian experts:

  • A/Professor Mark Hew (The University of Melbourne): “Systematic Evaluation for Severe Asthma”
  • Clinical A/Professor Richard Loh (The University of Western Australia): “The Role of Allergy in Severe Asthma”
  • Professor Jo Douglass (The University of Melbourne): “Monoclonal Antibody Therapies for Severe Asthma”.

We hope to make content available, or provide links to further content, after the event.
